Charges for the Jubilee Hall Hire Rates.
The hall is now on for full public use. A management Team led by Mr Nicholas Salotra & Sr Joan Wafula, assisted by three others – Elizabeth Karota, Clovis Ndi, and Annette Ndikoum. Fr Robert Mugabe AJ, will be their spiritual leader.
Charges for jubilee Hall Hire.
The agreed rates.
Charge 1: for parishioners who are organising a fundraising or any other parish event as well as parish celebrations No Charge. Charge 2: for parishioners who are regular church attendees, enrolled in Gift Aid scheme or in any regular offertory donations – a rate of £25 per hour. Charge 3: for any charitable organisations – a rate of £25 per hour but with a discretion. Charge 4: for outsiders NOT a parishioner a rate of £35 per hour. On all the above charges there is to be a refundable deposit of £100 to be taken.
If use of kitchen is required for cooking a set fee of £100 will be required. All payment is to be taken upon booking the hall including the refundable deposit. Up to 3 weeks before the event if there is a cancellation then 50% of fees will be forfeited, and after that the full 100%.
